Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the service and constitute a binding agreement. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to all provisions. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately. These Terms supersede any prior agreements.

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register with a valid email address and password. You warrant all information provided is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. All actions under your account are presumed authorized by you.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful activities consistent with these Terms. Prohibited activities include distributing malware, spamming, hacking, and infringing on intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to disrupt service security or functionality. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

User Submissions

Any content you upload remains your property, subject to a license for the service to host and display that content. You warrant you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove content that violates these Terms or any law. You agree to indemnify for third-party claims arising from your submissions.

Fees & Billing

Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes and charges. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are provided.

Service Changes

The service may modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days prior when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for modifications.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. Notice will be provided whenever feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any local copies of materials obtained through the service.

Intellectual Property Rights

All service content—including software, design, and trademarks—is protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. You are granted a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works are prohibited.

Disclaimer & Warranties

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties—including merchantability and fitness for a purpose—are disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You assume all risks associated with use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so this clause may not apply in full.
